Planning:Facilitator Outreach

Overview
Assembling a strong and diverse team of facilitators takes substantial lead time, and many participants will want a sense of who's facilitating before committing to attend the event. Facilitators should be:
- leaders by example
- good communicators who are will to guide and drive dialog rather than lecture or formally present.
It is recommended that facilitators possess strong non-profit experience more than strong tech knowledge; while the latter is important to good facilitation, the former insures a healthy and accessible focus for discussions.
